Privacy Policy

Updated: October 3, 2018

Doing business with the United Reform Party Canada (URPC) may involve providing information about you. To enrich our Members’ experience, some personally identifiable information may be displayed.

At www.unitedreformpartycanada.ca (the “URPC Website“), we take your privacy very seriously – and you have control over how your information is collected, used and disclosed.

URPC maintains strict customer information privacy policies and uses state of the art technologies to safeguard customer information and communications from unauthorized intrusions.  URPC also recognizes that the growth of on-line services has created additional privacy concerns, particularly for consumers.

On-line privacy concerns focus primarily on the protection of “personally identifiable” information which an individual or other customer reasonably expects to be kept private. As the term suggests, “personally identifiable” information is information that, when associated with an individual identifies that individual, for example, a customer’s name, address, telephone number, e-mail address or credit card number.

The following is the URPC’s privacy policy, which forms part of the URPC’s Terms of Use Agreement and is an integral part thereof.

You may receive a copy of this privacy policy automatically by emailing us at: info@urpc.ca with the subject: “Privacy Policy”. The quotes (“) are not required.

  • This Privacy Policy covers URPC’s treatment of personally identifiable information that URPC collects when you are on the URPC  Website, and when you use the URPC Services.  This policy also covers URPC’s treatment of any personally identifiable information that URPC ‘s business partners share with URPC.
  • This Privacy Policy applies to the services offered by the URPC, including any URPC branded URL (the “URPC Website“), URPC embedded audio and video players and other applications offered by URPC in connection with the URPC Website (collectively, the “URPC Services“).

  • This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that URPC does not own or control or to people that URPC does not employ or manage, including without limitation, any URPC affiliates or business partners.

  • It is possible to use the Logistics and Supply chain search engine and watch and listen to most of the videos and music on the URPC Website without having a URPC account (“URPC Account” or “URPC Membership“).
